Job summary

Careers @Evidence-Based Associates seeks licensed MST therapists to work with youth aged 12–17 and their families in home visits within Beaumont and surrounding areas.

You will deliver MST-based therapy, travel to families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral challenges. Training in MST is provided and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure in a related field REQUIRED (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Experience serving families in community-based programs.
• Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to family strengths.
• Clear drug screen results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using MST principles in homes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage diverse communities and families in treatment.
• Collaborate with caregivers, supports, and community agencies.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervisor.
• Ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Ensure 24/7 access to support for clients.
