Mental Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a therapist to implement Multisystemic Therapy (MST) for families of youth involved or at risk of juvenile justice involvement in Curry, Roosevelt, Quay County and surrounding areas in New Mexico.

The role includes MST training and close collaboration with families, schools, probation, and child welfare to create lasting behavior change for youths aged 12–17. You will manage 4–6 families, provide direct clinical care, and participate in ongoing

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in any human service field required.
• Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage caregivers and supports in change-oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision to build MST skills.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
• Travel to families in service counties with caseload 4–6 families.
• Document treatment progress clearly for review.
