Job summary

Mental Health Resources, Inc. seeks a licensed therapist to implement Multisystemic Therapy (MST) in community settings for families with youth aged 12–17 who are involved or at risk of juvenile justice involvement.

You will provide MST-based treatment, conduct family assessments, plan weekly progress, and collaborate with schools, probation, and child welfare; MST training is provided. We serve Curry, Roosevelt, Quay County and surrounding areas in New Mexico; bilingual Spanish speakers are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field is required.
• MST training will be provided.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough client and family assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Engage caregivers and supports across agencies (school, probation, child welfare).
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential documentation.
