Job summary

Faith Works Counseling in Albuquerque, NM is seeking compassionate Mental Health professionals to join the Multisystemic Therapy program. This role focuses on in-home treatment, empowering families and youth, with services delivered at home and via telehealth.

You will receive MST training and ongoing professional development to maintain fidelity to the model. Candidates must live in or relocate to Albuquerque and hold appropriate licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling with NM licensure in LMHC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology encouraged, with 3 years’ related experience.
• Spanish language proficiency may be needed for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home MST services to up to 6 active clients.
• Lead family and youth counseling with a strengths-based approach.
• Participate in weekly case planning and supervision.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver services in person and via telehealth.
• Balance caseload with documentation duties.
• On-call rotation for weekends.
