Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily duties and to improve loan production. You will engage with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive experience and timely closings.

The role emphasizes client communication, document handling, and coordination with title companies. A minimum 1 year mortgage experience and bilingual fluency are required for success.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with diverse customers.
• Minimum 1 year mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone/computer tasks.
• Deliver disclosures and rate packages to borrowers.
• Assist in managing a mortgage loan pipeline (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, reverse).
• Coordinate with Title Company and customers to ensure timely closings.
• Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors as needed.
• Track outstanding items and follow up to obtain required documentation.
• Support in various lending/processing stages as needed.
