Job summary

The Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. resolves customer delinquency through negotiation within state and federal guidelines. You will educate customers on timely payments, deliver excellent service, and identify suitable assistance options using various tools.

This role reports to the Team Lead and requires handling multiple inquiries while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year experience.
• Must be bilingual in both Spanish and English.
• Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Working knowledge of the View/AS400 system.

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 100 outbound calls daily to collect past due mortgage payments and resolve delinquency.
• Assist a portfolio of 1,700–2,000 accounts with mortgage-related questions.
• Document activities and communications in the mortgage collections system.
• Provide patient, customer-focused service for escrow, insurance claims, and loan documents.
