Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. seeks a Bilingual Call Center Agent (Non – LO – Servicing) to deliver world-class service for active loans via inbound/outbound calls and the VMF website.

The hybrid role requires strong mortgage knowledge and excellent communication with customers. You will manage 50–70 daily calls, 10–20 chats, assist with payments, escrow, insurance, and online accounts, and provide bilingual support as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handling 50–70 inbound calls daily and 10–20 live chats.
• Assist customers with mortgage payments, escrow, and online account issues.
• Spanish call-backs when bilingual, if requested.
