Job summary
A leading mortgage company in Lake Worth, Texas, is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant/Coordinator to provide administrative and sales support to loan originators. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. This position requires some mortgage experience, with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred. Qualifications
One to two years residential mortgage experience preferred.
Licensed in market area and registered nationally in NMLS, preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners.
Collect and distribute documents and information pertinent to the processing and underwriting of the loan.
Assist loan originators and production partners in managing the pipeline of loan applications.
Communicate with applicants on behalf of the loan originator regarding expectations and loan status.
