First United Bank seeks a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Assistant to support origination and closing of mortgage loans in a client-facing role. You will cross-sell products, analyze credit, and help determine suitable loan options while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and prefer at least 1 year in mortgage lending. The role emphasizes teamwork across locations including Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Plano, Rockwall, and San Antonio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 1 year experience in mortgage lending.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cross-sell bank products to borrowers and customers.
• Promote FUB in assigned markets with bank staff.
• Take loan applications and pre-qualify applicants.
• Pull and analyze credit; verify against loan application.
• Recommend suitable loan options for applicants.
• Submit applications, verifications, disclosures, and letters to processing.
• Meet production standards and attend meetings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with high ethics.
