BSI Financial Services is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to borrowers and internal customers. You will handle a high volume of calls, gather necessary information, and guide customers through payment and account details.

Responsibilities include assisting with financial hardships, connecting borrowers to loss mitigation, and ensuring accurate information and policy compliance. This is an in-office, full-time temporary position with varied shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Gather all customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs.
• Provide timely and accurate information to borrowers and callers.
• Assist borrowers with identifying financial hardships and connect them with loss mitigation.
• Answer general account information about mortgage loan inquiries.
• Help customers navigate the website for payment and account information.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
