Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service, banking and mortgage experience, including bank regulations and real estate loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and customer service support to Residential & Commercial clients.
• Prepare and monitor reports and data maintenance as needed.
• Assist with inquiries, verifications, and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and secure messages.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process payments, escrows, and documents.
