We Clean Commercial Cleaning is hiring a bilingual Morning Shift Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operations for a residential facility in Broward County. This hands-on leadership role requires organization, discretion, and pride in maintaining a clean, well-managed building.

You will supervise the morning team, ensure adherence to standards and safety, and report to the Account Manager. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising cleaning/housekeeping teams.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Pass Level 2 background screening.
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for checklists.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the morning housekeeping team: assign routes, check attendance and cover gaps.
• Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms and shower facilities.
• Manage the daily laundry program and supply inventory.
• Inspect work and correct issues before the client sees them.
• Be the daily point of contact for the client facility; communicate clearly in English.
• Train new team members and enforce safety and color-coded procedures.
• Complete daily reports, photos and checklists via the mobile app.
• Report incidents and staff issues to the Account Manager the same day.

We Clean Commercial Cleaning is hiring a Bilingual Morning Shift Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operation of a residential facility for one of our long-term accounts in Broward County. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, discreet, and takes pride in running a clean, well-managed building.

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (7 hours/day)
• Weekend on-call rotation (paid)
• Full-time, year-round position

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and supervise the morning housekeeping team: assign routes, check attendance and cover gaps
• Oversee daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, restrooms and shower facilities following our standards and checklists
• Manage the daily laundry program (mats, linens) and supply inventory
• Inspect work every day and correct issues before the client sees them
• Be the daily point of contact for the client's facility and residential staff; communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Train new team members and enforce safety, chemical handling and color-coded cleaning procedures
• Complete daily reports, photos and checklists using our mobile app
• Report incidents, maintenance needs and staff issues to the Account Manager the same day

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience supervising cleaning or housekeeping teams (hotel, hospital, university housing, senior living or school preferred)
• Fluent in English AND Portuguese (required)
• Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for checklists and photo reports
• Discreet, respectful and professional when working inside a residential environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to lead by example
