Job summary

The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking Temporary Reservation Clerks to join our Mobility Call Center in Baltimore, MD. We require at least three years in customer service, strong data-entry skills, and knowledge of the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of customer service experience, including answering phone calls and resolving concerns.
