You will build relationships with customers, uncover needs, and guide them to device and service solutions. The role starts with foundational training and advances toward a Mobile Expert position with opportunities for stock grants and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when helping customers.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work with peers and leaders to learn and share ideas.
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off in their journey.
• Becomes skilled with digital tools to demonstrate coverage and plans, and completes in-store training and processes.
• Establishes relationships with colleagues to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
