At T-Mobile USA, Mobile Associates work within a Retail Team of Experts to bring the brand to life. This entry role trains new associates to build product knowledge, customer service skills and sales capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

They learn to educate customers on devices and services, demonstrate latest technology, and develop solutions that fit individual needs while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Strong English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Passionate customer advocate with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving customers and delivering a world-class shopping experience.
• Demonstrates and educates customers on devices, services and latest technology in store.
• Identify customer needs and hand off to solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.
