Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current national certification in Phlebotomy from a Premise Health approved organization OR certificate/diploma from an accredited Phlebotomy program with hands-on externship.
• Over 100 finger sticks in last year or 200 venipuncture blood draws in last 6 months.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for NV/CA/WA/LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing and record results (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI).
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Transport supplies to events as needed.
• Maintain logs and records per regulatory requirements.
