Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
• National Phlebotomy certification from Premise Health approved organization or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy program with hands-on externship completed.
• Active state phlebotomy certification required for certain states.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record biometric testing results (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat, BMI).
• Blood testing including fingerstick and venipuncture in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
