Job summary

Global Preparatory Academy (GPA) is a bilingual school using English and Spanish instruction across core subjects. The position focuses on sustaining a rigorous, engaging and nurturing culture with strong systems for behavior, student leadership, and family communication.

The role will involve leading school-wide culture initiatives and coaching staff to uphold high expectations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and Spanish bilingual ability (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be highly present and visible during school hours, including supervising arrival, transitions, and dismissal.
• Track and report student and staff behavior data to leadership.
• Update and train staff on school-wide procedures.
• Lead parts of All School Meeting and school-wide events.
• Coach teachers to maintain high expectations and consistent routines.
• Identify students needing behavior support using data and monitor interventions.
• Lead culture data reviews with the leadership team.
• Serve as family’s primary point of contact on culture and discipline issues.
