• 2+ years of school leadership experience (assistant principal or principal level preferred).
• Proven record of increasing student academic achievement.
• Experience coaching teachers with measurable instructional impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with the principal to establish and maintain an effective learning climate in the school.
• Coach teachers through observation, modeling, and feedback cycles with data-informed practice.
• Lead MTSS for elementary staff and support services for all students.
• Coordinate human resources processes including recruitment, onboarding, and supervision.
• Promote two-way communication with students, families, and community partners.
