Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Part Time Microtransit Reservations Specialist in Goodyear, AZ. You will answer inbound calls for new Microtransit bookings, assist with ETAs, and support Paratransit outreach while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and approximately 1 year in customer service, with flexibility for shifts and DOT testing where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound reservation bookings for Microtransit General Public callers who wish to book new rides.
• Assists with ETA calls.
• Assists with customer cancellations.
• Provides superior customer service at all times.
• Assists With Customer Comment Outreach.
• Assists With Ride Choice/ Paratransit Outreach.
