Job summary

A financial services firm in Miami is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Fund Accountant to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in debt funds or private equity. Responsibilities include managing accounting for multiple entities, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with external Fund Administrators. This is a full-time, 100% in-office position with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferred in debt funds or private equity.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel is required.
• Solid understanding of fund accounting terminology is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review cash management reports and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external Fund Administrators to validate NAV calculations.
