Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace all shipments and load status.
• Process EDI as required.
• Update transportation management systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers.
• Identify problems and implement solutions.
• Maintain attendance and flexibility for overtime.
• Adhere to customer satisfaction, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
• Provide complex problem resolution and guidance to others.
