Universal Processing is hiring a Merchant Consultant in the US. You will be the brand ambassador, generating leads, meeting clients, and presenting payment and marketing solutions.

A mid-level sales position, you’ll read and write in English and Mandarin-Chinese or Vietnamese or Spanish, with one month of paid training and uncapped commissions. The role offers a starting monthly salary during probation of $4,500, increasing to $5,000 after successful probation, with comprehensive benefits

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the US; E-Verify employer.
• Bilingual proficiency in English AND Mandarin-Chinese OR Vietnamese OR Spanish; read/write
• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Generates leads, cold-calls, and prospects potential clients.
• Conducts in-person meetings to present payment, financing and marketing solutions.
• Performs pricing analysis of client statements and proposes solutions.
• Follows up with potential merchants to review features, benefits, and terms.
• Closes sales in a timely and effective manner.
• Develops new sales opportunities within existing client base.

A Work Day of a Merchant Consultant
Responsibilities:

• Generates leads, cold-calls, and prospects potential clients.
• Conducts in-person meetings to determine customer needs, presents customized payment, merchant financing and marketing solutions.
• Performs pricing analysis by assessing clients’ payment processing statement, and initiates proposals accordingly.
• Follows up with potential merchants by reviewing products and services features, benefits, and terms.
• Closes sales in a timely and effective manner.
• Navigates potential lead sources; develops and maintains new lead sources.
• Develops new sales opportunities within the existing client base.
• Builds and maintains relationships with referrals and affiliates.
• Creates and develops marketing programs to increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
• Bilingual proficiency in English AND Mandarin-Chinese OR Vietnamese OR Spanish is required; must be able to read and write
• High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2-4 years of sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in the Merchant Service industry is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented, and analytical abilities.
• Strong desire to succeed in a competitive market and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and driven by results.
