Universal Processing LLC (uP) is seeking a Business Development Associate for a fully on-site, five-day workweek in the Chicago area. You will be the first point of contact for clients and act as a brand ambassador by presenting our fintech solutions.

A one-month paid training program is provided, with growth and opportunity in a dynamic sales team. The role requires bilingual English–Mandarin proficiency, strong communication and negotiation capabilities, and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (E-Verify).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin-Chinese is required; must be able to read and write in both.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, detail orientation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to be well-spoken and connect with clients over the phone.
• Aptitude for learning and developing negotiation and sales skills.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt position, with a base rate of $23.50/hour during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $26.00/hour.

• Obtain business information such as business name, address, current marketing strategies, payment method, sales volume, and current pricing; inputting lead information into databases.
• Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis and to understand business financial situations.
• Follow up with potential clients to further engage business opportunities.
• Manage the business pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term success.
• Meet and exceed required sales targets.
