About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting women, mothers, partners/wives, or men, fathers, husbands/partners with children aged 0-12? Do you have a heart for fostering strong relationships and supporting couples? Are you dedicated to mental health and helping individuals and families overcome mental health challenges?

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as board-registered associates (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Professional Counselor Associate, and Clinical Social Worker Associate). Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Position Details

This hybrid role involves in-person services at our Portland, Oregon location, with flexible scheduling. All clinicians will start as part-time employees, with opportunities to transition to full-time after an initial 90-day period.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
2. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions and relational issues.
3. Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with third-party payer requirements.
4. Work with Medicaid (OHP) and commercial insurance clients.
