Are you passionate about supporting individuals and families in need of mental health services? Do you have a heart for helping those struggling with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges? If so, we would love to have you join our team! We are hiring for multiple positions and seeking a licensed clinical therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling.

This is a bilingual position - you must be fluent in Spanish.

This is a hybrid position offering in-person services at our Portland, Oregon location, along with flexible scheduling options. All clinicians will start as part-time employees, with opportunities to transition to full-time after an initial 90-day period.

Individuals in this position will serve a diverse clientele including minorities/BIPOC, immigrants, African American/Black, Latino, Asian, and mixed-race/multi-ethnic individuals or families, or individuals and families of different faiths.

Position Overview: Clinical Therapist
  • The clinical therapist will provide counseling and mental health services within a variety of contexts.
Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
  • Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions and addressing psychological and relational issues.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of services provided, in compliance with third-party payer requirements.
  • Willingness to work with Medicaid (OHP) and other commercial insurance clientele.
