Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LCSW, PsyD/PhD) opening with Samaritan Health in Oregon – Hybrid schedule!

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a hybrid in-person/telehealth Outpatient Therapist to join us in picturesque Albany, OR (PSLF-Eligible).

Join a growing team at the Samaritan InterCommunity Health Network Clinic, where you will be embedded at a growing primary care clinic that values warm hand offs, collaborative workplace camaraderie, and the eventual formation of enriching community integration (Group therapies, food pantries, health education, and more).

Providers and their families will appreciate the abundant outdoor beauty around Albany, proximity to Oregon Coast, Cascade Mountains for snow sports, vibrant Willamette Valley wine country, and Portland – all within two hours! Experience the unmatched quality of life our area offers.

Job Requirements

• Currently licensed or license-eligible Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist in Oregon, meeting credentialing standards.
• Interest or background in CPT, DBT, group work, addictions, FQHCs, or integrated behavioral health is a plus.
