Job summary

Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Teller to deliver friendly, accurate service to members while handling routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and wire requests.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, fluency in Polish and English, and a willingness to cross-sell PSFCU products. Competitive hourly pay ($20.00–$22.26) and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

1–2 years of work experience, preferably in service roles.
Minimum 1 year as a Teller or similar cash handling position.
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous, professional manner and provide prompt, accurate service.
Develop understanding of PSFCU philosophy, bylaws and procedures.
Provide information on products and policies in person or by phone.
Respond to member requests and direct to proper department as needed.
Process routine transactions including openings, wire transfers, address changes and checks.
Cross-sell PSFCU products to achieve branch goals.
Assist with end-of-day teller responsibilities and vault duties as required.
