Job summary

ICCU in Chubbuck, Idaho, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Member Contact Center Agent (MCC) to assist members by phone, text, and email. This on-site role serves our members with empathy and problem-solving while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, researching account issues, and documenting interactions. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication skills; knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service to members with empathy, accuracy, timeliness, and problem-solving.
• Provide general information about Credit Union services.
• Answer telephone calls and meet performance metrics.
• Research and correct member account problems.
• Perform a wide range of member-generated transactions.
• Complete accurate notes of member interactions and call history.
• Work and communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate ICCU core values in behavior at work.
