CareSource Bronx is hiring a Member Services Representative to handle incoming calls and provide first-call resolution. You will assist members with finding providers, setting up appointments, and explaining plan benefits.

Proficiency in multiple languages is required, with Russian or Mandarin preferred. A high school diploma is required, with higher education and call center experience considered a plus. This is an onsite, full-time role in Bronx, NY.

Qualificações

• High School or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of call center experience preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and manage incoming calls on main 1-800 numbers.
• Assist members with finding providers and scheduling appointments.
• Explain eligibility and benefits for plans.
• Document notes in CaseTrakker and coordinate with care management.
• Complete grievances and incident reports as needed.
