Oregon State Credit Union is hiring a Call Center Consultant I in Corvallis. You will help members with inquiries using multiple databases, assist with eligibility, credit cards, policies, and loan applications, and provide solutions that best meet caller needs. This full-time, on-site role operates weekdays 8:00 am to 5:45 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience and exceptional phone skills are required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to research anomalies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using computers.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and sound decision making.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1–2 years of financial industry experience preferred.
