Job summary

Oregon State Credit Union in Corvallis is seeking a Business Services Specialist I to support our business members and lending team with loan processing, servicing, and cash-management solutions. You will be the primary frontline contact for the Business Services Department, coordinating with officers and internal teams to ensure a smooth application-to-closing experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in financial services, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting loan processing and servicing activities, including document preparation, funding coordination, file maintenance, and loan review tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to exceptional member service.
• One to three years of financial services experience, preferably with commercial or business lending; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities
