Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience and exceptional phone skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and research anomalies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, tact and ability to make sound decisions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 1-2 years of financial industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries using databases and software.
• Assist with eligibility, credit cards, policies, and loan applications.
• Identify callers' true needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Support a small, collaborative team in a regular Mon-Fri schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and complete data entry for applications.
