Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and front desk operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Promote programs and promotions to drive engagement (group fitness, tanning, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records and support new member enrollments.
• Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours and support club KPI targets.
