The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capability, a rotating 40-hour weekly schedule, and opportunities to cross-sell services while supporting branch operations and ongoing training. Branch hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organizational skills and ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly, courteous teller services to members with a balanced cash drawer daily.
• Cross-sells other member services.
• Processes mail deposits and withdrawals.
• May assist in balancing the ATM (if not performed by an outside source).
• May train to perform open/closing duties (with manager on site).
• May train to verify checks for other tellers.
• May train to perform overrides.
• May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.
• May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
