Job summary

Fox Communities Credit Union's Clintonville branch is seeking a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week). The teller will process member transactions, maintain accounts, and support members with problem resolution while building relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 0–12 months of related experience, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, cash handling background, knowledge of credit union products, strong attention to detail, solid communication, and basic computer/ten-key skills.

Qualifications

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• The ability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required.

About this position

We currently have a career opportunity at our Clintonville branch for a Part-Time Teller (20 hours/week)!

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

The primary responsibilities of the Teller role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate

Candidates for the Teller position should possess:
