Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service through accurate, professional face-to-face interactions, handling basic monetary transactions, new member accounts, and maintenance to support retention and acquisition.
• Meet monthly sales standards by offering deposit, lending, credit/debit card, investments, and business banking products.
• Follow safety and service standards and comply with relevant regulations including BSA and CFPB.
