Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union merged in January 2026, expanding resources to better serve members across Colorado. This Member Service Representative role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, accurate transactions, and proactive referrals to products and services.

You will work to understand and adhere to credit union policies and financial regulations, including BSA and CFPB, while maintaining high service standards and quality communication with members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery.
• Preferred: 6+ months of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member service through accurate, face-to-face transactions and new member onboarding.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services; regularly refer members to lending, investments, e-banking, wealth mgmt., and business banking.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and financial regulations (BSA/CFPB) and complete required training.
• Maintain a cash drawer following policy; ensure accuracy in all cash handling.
• Adhere to safety and service standards and support the branch's daily operations.
