Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Member Service Representative II to provide front-line service, open accounts, maintain memberships, and offer basic loan information. The MSR II balances sales and service to build fully engaged member relationships across the branch network.

You will handle teller duties part of the time, educate members on products, resolve issues, and support ITIN processing while upholding BSA standards and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years related/office experience preferred.
• Ability to count cash and handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and propose appropriate solutions to members.
• Aptitude for building relationships, and quality member service and sales.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and promote the credit union and its products and services.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes members with courteous, professional service.
• Educates members on credit union products and services.
• Identifies needs, recommends solutions, and promotes LCCU products.
• Performs account opening, maintenance, and transfers.
• Handles teller duties and ITIN applications as needed.
• Maintains records and supports branch operations.
