Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative II (MSR II) to deliver outstanding front-line member service. You will assist with account openings, maintenance, and provide basic loan information while promoting the credit union’s products to meet member needs.

The role includes Teller duties about half the time and requires strong product knowledge, problem solving, and bilingual English/Spanish communication to build fully engaged financial relationships with members.

Qualifications

• Front-line member service experience is essential.
• Ability to explain credit union products and services clearly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality front-line service, assist with new memberships and account openings.
• Educate members on credit union products and services and offer suitable solutions.
• Handle a wide range of transactions: openings, maintenance, transfers, wires, payments.
• Support Teller I duties about 50% of the time and ensure accurate balancing.
• Resolve member issues per policies and procedures and help with ITIN applications.
