Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and people-oriented.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Able to travel between locations within a reasonable distance.
• Regular, reliable attendance essential.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with devices like iPads/ scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide quality service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work solo or with coworkers to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Inform and educate members about Oportun’s services.
• Support outreach activities by distributing materials and guiding applications.
