Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Sanitas Experience Specialist to be the onsite representative in designated Sanitas clinics, delivering high-touch member and provider support. You will resolve issues at the point of care and strengthen the UHC-Sanitas partnership.

Roles require bilingual English/Spanish, 8:00 am–5:00 pm work hours, and occasional local travel up to 2–4 times per month. This is a full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• 2 years of healthcare, health plan operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite UnitedHealthcare representative within Sanitas clinics.
• Assist members with eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, referrals, and authorizations.
• Resolve member issues at the point of care and coordinate with internal teams.
• Educate members on health plan resources and digital tools.
• Build strong relationships with clinic leadership and staff.
