Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking an onsite Sanitas Experience Specialist to serve as the local representative within designated Sanitas clinics in the Phoenix area. You will deliver a high-touch experience to members and provide in-person support to providers and clinic staff, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

This role requires standing between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 2+ years of healthcare, health plan operations, member service or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite UnitedHealthcare representative within assigned Sanitas clinics.
• Assist members with eligibility, benefits, claims, billing and referrals.
• Resolve member issues at the point of care whenever possible.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage and resolve escalations.
• Educate members on health plan resources and digital tools.
• Support community outreach and broker activities as needed.
