• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite UnitedHealthcare representative within Sanitas clinics.
• Assist members with eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, provider access, referrals, authorizations, and other plan questions.
• Resolve member issues at the point of care when possible.
• Coordinate with internal UnitedHealthcare teams to resolve escalations.
• Educate members on health plan resources and digital tools.
• Support community outreach, enrollment events and broker activities as needed.
