Qualifications

• 1+ years’ Member Experience Representative/Teller experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening new personal and business accounts; process changes to existing accounts; provide onsite support for credit/debit card issues.
• Open new member accounts and business accounts; process changes to existing accounts.
• Inform members about Credit Union policies and services; explain eligibility, types of accounts, rates, payroll deduction options, and related services.
• Verify and balance transactions and cash totals; process wire transfers, IRA/CD deposits and withdrawals.
• Open/close computer terminal accounts daily; monitor deposits and endorsements; detect and resolve discrepancies.
