Job summary

Humana is seeking dedicated individuals for a field-based role to educate and engage customers about Medicare Advantage plans. The position involves self-generated sales and community outreach through personal visits, events, and virtual interactions. Ideal candidates will possess an active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one, with an understanding of the local community's needs. Qualifications

• Must reside in the designated local territory.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Prior experience selling Medicare products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans.
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions.

Skills

Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Public speaking experience

Experience in community engagement

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
