Job summary

Texas Health Care, PLLC seeks a dedicated appointment scheduler to manage incoming calls and schedule patient appointments in a courteous, professional manner. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of medical front desk experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of medical front desk experience are required.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience.
• Requires knowledge of computers, office equipment, and other administrative tasks.
• Data entry skills with an error rate of 5% or less.
