Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing sensitive documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test and ensure search-ability and access to medical documents.
• Create, order, maintain, and distribute forms, templates and reporting documents.
• Coordinate chart audits and verify completion.
• Photocopy records and documents for billing and/or legal services.
• Send and receive information via facsimile machine.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask, and transcribe as needed.
• Apply knowledge of HIPAA law and maintain compliance.
• Maintain great grammar skills and proficiency in grammar, writing composition, and reading comprehension.
