Job summary

TrueCare is seeking a bilingual Medical Receptionist for the San Marcos, CA location. You will greet patients, schedule visits, register patients, and handle payments, while supporting clinical staff with accurate records and a tidy reception area.

The role requires a high school diploma, one year of related experience, basic computer skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with electronic health records is preferred and helpful for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or in an administrative/clerical role is required.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (preferred) is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $32.20 on an hourly basis. (depending on experience)
