TrueCare is seeking a Medical Assistant Supervisor to provide day-to-day oversight of front and back-office staff in a fast-paced care setting in Oceanside, CA. The role emphasizes customer service and high-quality healthcare within a mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant program credential, a high school diploma or equivalency, at least five years as a Medical Assistant, and at least two years in supervisory or lead roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• A minimum of five (5) years' Medical Assistant experience.
• A minimum of two (2) years' supervisory or lead experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical laboratory procedures and healthcare operations and workflow.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bonus points if you have Behavioral Health experience.

What We're Looking For

Pay range

The pay range for this role is $32.99 - $47.83 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
